SOAP House Design will present the first workshop on 18 February 2016 starting at 10 AM as part of the Tiny Houses Albury Wodonga series for 2017. We will introduce you to the concept of Tiny Houses in general and outline steps for a project being undertaken later this year. This should suit both newcomers and seasoned members!
We will talk about having two or more dwellings on a lot are encouraged by councils subject to 3 main criteria criteria:

> Walking distance to community and commercial facilities
> Existing utilities
